EXPERIENCE:
Markus has been living and shooting commercially in Chicago for over 16 years. Having grown up working in his father's portrait studio, Markus' work not only demonstrates his technical proficiency, but also his ability to put people at ease in front of the camera.

INNOVATION:
Continually working on new projects and groups of shots (i.e. Friends and Neighbors, Milk and Tea), Markus expands creative boundaries to establish unique styles centered on a particular theme or effect.

SPECIALTIES:
Markus' specialties include studio and location color/black and white "real people" lifestyle, as well as children, health care and portraiture. He works predominantly with advertising agencies, graphic designers and client direct assignments.

SHOOTING STYLE:
Markus has made his reputation by his ability to work with clients and by creating an upbeat/fun on-set atmosphere that puts subjects at their best for capturing relaxed and genuine expressions.
